I was advised there were 3 additional pre-sales of Ed King's book for
October 2022; there have been a total of 223 pre-sales of the book to date.

The pre-publication price of $49.95 remains the same at this time.  If you
have not already done so, you may place your order while this price is in
effect:

Remember, once the book goes to the printer, the pre-publication sale price
will no longer apply; given the costs involved, the price is certain to
rise.
