I live in Bahama, NC, in northern Durham County and grew up in Roxboro in Person County.  I have a little more than a passing interest in the old Lynchburg and Durham Railroad and have collected information about it and on the Durham District, especially on the Durham end.   I have lived in Durham for 50 years and currently live close to the abandoned tracks in northern Durham County.
