You could contact the National Model Railroad Association. They may have a list of module clubs.

Subject: Model Train Exhibitors?

The Rural Retreat Depot would like to host an exhibit featuring a model train or trains this summer. This would be part of a "Depot Day" celebration, intended to bring in kids and visitors.
Any advice on how or where we might find those exhibitors or a club?
Thank you
