Thanks very much for the comments, Carl and Mike!
 The layout plan is a simple oval going around the walls of a room. “Top” of the oval is a wilderness area with a tunnel, “bottom” of oval is a non scenery staging track area, and the more tangent parts of the oval 
are very small town areas with a couple sidings for a little switching. It’s a super simple, small layout. About 40% done, got a long way to go. I think I enjoy doing the scenery most.
