Pokey places

>From a 1917 copy of N&W Officers, Agents and Stations, heading West out of
Bluefield there is shown a couple of listing with which I am not familiar.
Namely at MP 368 "Mullins" and at MP 369 Italy.  Does anyone have any
information on these places?

Also, did the N&W maintain an agent at mines and other large shippers?
