PRR T-6s didn't have M.U.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">N&W T-6s had folding platforms and walkway space between the railings at the both ends to allow the crew to pass between units. Since PRR T-6s had no M.U., there was no need to run units in multiple. Therefore, PRR T-6s had solid railings and no platforms at either end.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The biggest spotting difference was that, after delivery, N&W added boxy covers to the carbody covers along the hood sides. That is a very N&W piece of equipment, especially as they added the boxy louvers and set it up to run with other power. Ed Ruetling cobbled castings together from RS-11's and RS-3 but it is very crude.
