I believe the photo with the Y-3 is Maitland curve. Maitland was the next signal location east of Welch. There were automatic signals at Maitland into the mid-1980’s.</div><div><br></div><div>The 2nd photo is a bit more elusive. It looks like single track territory to me. The horizon at the left edge of the picture breaks pretty low for anywhere near Welch.
