<div class="userEdit" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">  In Detroit we have the worlds largest single site sewerage plant.  They get cars of chlorine and sulfur hxxhohide.  Because there is a 1,000 foot  discharge tunnel to the Detroit River they inject chlorine as the water leaves the plant and halfway down they inject the sulphur hexofloride to neutralize the chlorine before it enters the Detroit River.  This is a Conrail DSAA switch.</span></div>
