<div dir="ltr">You are correct, the first run ha a fantasy repaint with all of the Virginian lettering on them with PRR numbers. They ere the H-21 four bay hoppers. I was under the same impression that some PRR quad hoppers were leased to both N&W and the VGN during the war. Bowser offers both N&W & VGN on their PRR Quads, so I am guessing they have some photographic evidence. </div>
