N&WHS archive photos show 429 with the newer, centered headlight and 8-wheel tender in 1954. A shot of 382 that same year shows it still had the high headlight but had gotten the 6-wheel tender. I am just now aware of this offering to take reservations for new HO scale models with all the modern electronics for N&W 4-8-0 locomotives. Of particular interest to me are the 1100 and 1112 "automatic" M-2 engines. </div>
