BLI J and A-Tank

Yep, noticed the VRM designation instead of VMT, but
how about the other little detail - rod hub size on
third axle? BLI seems to have included the original
tandem rods on the VMT version.  Maybe the production
version of the model will be OK.  The general
proportions look good and even the front of the
skyline casing looks right.
