Model colors for N&W RPOs

Good afternoon, all:

For those who are modelers, please let me know what
Floquil or other brand of paint are the correct colors
for Class Me and Class M1 Railway Post Office
equipment in the 1930s.  I believe it should be flat
black for the roof, black for the trucks and
under-body fixtures, and tuscan for the car sides.
The modeling color name and stock numbers will be
helpful.

Also, are there appropriate decals or dry transfers in
HO or O for N&W Railway Post Office models?
