I forgot about the N&W locomotives needing train control equipment 
besides the Shenandoah Division assignments. The Petersburg-Richmond 
passenger runs were set for Atlantic Coast Line train control.  First 
J class 4-4-2's, then E class 4-6-2's next K-2 class 4-8-2's and 
finally GP-9 redbirds.

What was the home terminal for these locomotives?
