I'm more than %100 percent sure the N&WHS Archives does... we've been going 
through the recent Library of Virginia donations, and we've seen some great 
track maps.  They also have train sheets that might answer your traffic 
question (I don't know the dates on them, but I can take a glance next 
weekend)
