 Now that is the real question to which I don't have an answer to, but talk 
to the man that own Shell Scale and he should be able to tell you if he is 
still in business or not.
 Now from the way it sound with the owner of Shell Scale asking question 
about doing some passenger car decal it sound to me like he is out of 
business.
