bicentennial caboose

Does anyone know the fate of this particular cab?  The one in Pulaski is the same style, at least, I think it is.  That's what I've always referred to as the "Tyco" caboose.

Does anyone know of photos of the bicentennial caboose mentioned briefly in the article on modeling 1776 in the latest Arrow? I don't own the "Color Guide", and I wasn't successful in finding anything on the VT site.
