Stephen: That is Floquil's "dark blue". I use it for L&N also. Blue, of course, presents the same problems as red. Using the prototype color chip gives a shade which is too dark for models. So I just go for something that looks right. Floquil's "dark blue" is dark enough to look right and not so dark as to appear black. BTW, this is the car that later became the second "Hollins College." (painted red)
