Actually, if you look at the decal artwork, the decals include names for 
the ex-Pullman sleepers, so yeah, they should work fine for heavyweights 
(HO or N!).

This covers the era from when N&W changed (mid 1940s?) from "NORFOLK & 
WESTERN" on the passenger car sides to "NORFOLK AND WESTERN" up to the 60s.
