Don't know that you can recognize it, but Portsmouth's service facility

had a drawback.? At most points, diesels could be fueled, watered

and sanded at one point.? At Portsmouth, after fuel and water was

taken, the hostler had to respot units (west of the fuel dock as I recall)

to take sand.? Harry Bundy???
