Wow, Ed!  That's a tight curve.  I'll assume you know what you're doing 
and have already decided it will work in your situation, and try to 
answer the question.
I don't know of any commercial turnouts with curves that sharp.  Have 
you considered widening an N scale turnout?  I also think you should 
consider building the switch yourself - it's not as hard as you think.  
Start with the tightest commercial turnout you can get (maybe a #2.5 or 
#3 wye?) and reuse the frog and points.  The stock rails are super 
simple.  You can also bend a straight turnout somewhat by cutting the 
webs between the ties.  A snap switch might bend far enough, though you 
might have to tweak the length of the point rails to fit the new curve.
I really doubt you're going to buy something to fit there.  You'll have 
to build or modify something, in my opinion.
