Structure colors

Do we have a timeline of when the N&W used what colors for its structures?

I've seen references to Buff with Brown trim, White with Green trim and 
White with Black trim.  Were all of these real color combinations at one 
time?

The standards drawings only call out color #1 & #2.

What paint does everyone use for colors #1 and #2?
