F8 paint

Hi List,

                Thanks Ken and Carl for the replies on the F8 paint scheme.
I didn't think to look in the GE section of the 2nd Gen Diesel book.  I'm
mainly interested in the EMD's.  I have a pair of SD39's ex-IT that are
getting close to paint and decal stage.  One is going to be a NW "patch" job
(green & yellow) and the other is going to be in F8.
