Kato did the triple clasp truck for the HO SD38-2.  There is another source for the RS11 covers, not sure about availability, I got mine from Tiger Valley models.  TVM did them for the RS11 and RS 36's.  If someone can cast them I am willing to provide a set of the ones I have. 

I will say the triple clasp for the Athearn HO SD40-2 would be nice.
