Paint color

Hi James; 

As they rolled out of the paint shop or a few months later, or a few years later? The blue started out very dark, and faded fast, eventually becoming a pasty pastel.

While I know this might be a touchy subject can anyone recommend a close match for the blue paint scheme? Wanting to paint a C425 and SD40.
