Jeff,
Do you have a printer?  Have you used Shapeways?  Do you have a CAD package
that can output the necessary file types?  I would love to try this new
technology but have not had the time to learn the required tools yet.  I
have many pictures and drawings from which to create the data files that
would be needed to "print" the parts.  Is there a minimum feature size
associated with the materials/process?  I would certainly be happy to work
with someone to try to produce some sample parts.
