Need PFM C-3 box label scan

If someone has a PFM C-3 in the original blue box and with the original
label, can you take a front-on pic of just the label and email to me as a
jpg?  I recently bought such a critter in its original box but there's no
label.  A photo can be edited/sized in Photoshop and printed on adhesive
paper for the box label.
