The first quarter Arrow is now winging its way to you. A report yesterday had the first arriving at President Tim Hensley’s mailbox in Kenova. So it is winding its way through the postal system.

Please, do not report arrival on the list here, this is not asking for it. This is just to let you know it is on the way.
