I believe Matt Goodman asked about the interior colors for the streamlined cars. I have some info that may help.
The 1941 built coaches #1720-1734 were upholstered in a lighter green material. Walls were two shades of green with cream colored ceilings.
When rebuilt for the original 1946 Powhatan Arrow as tavern lounge cars they were repainted from floor to windows with Deft Blue and Williamsburg Blue from there to the ceiling which was a light blue. Floors were a red paisley with ivory colored aisle strips.
P-3 coaches apparently were painted in three different schemes with tan & brown on 2 cars. Gray & cedar (?) gray, 4 cars, and light gray ceilings. Seat covers were gray with floor covering gray under the seats and red in the aisles. The remaining 4 cars were light & darker blue with light tan ceilings. Seats were brown and they had blue floors.
I take no credit for this info as I've seen differing colors, etc printed in various sources.
