gondolas

[NW Modeling List]

I have noticed that some gondolas had flat ends with lots of rivets and (presumably) later had some form of dreadnaught.    Could someone say the approximate decade for the riveted ends versus the dreadnaught ends?  I figure the flat ends are easier to model, which is why I am asking here.Thank you,Mike Shockley
