 Shenandoah Valley, Shenandoah District from Waynesboro to Cold Spring, centered on Stuarts Draft.(The other side of the horseshoe shaped layout runs across to Staunton (C&O) and down (up in Valley terminology) to Lexington (Freelance on B&O Valley line roadbed))
