U30B 1949 partial F4 and F5 schemes

What Jimmy said is correct. Apparently many times in the repaint process, surface prep was non-existent, I’m told by those who were there, most repaints tended to be simply blow the dust off with an air hose, then paint, with no primer or other surface prep. It also depended on where the repaint was done.
