4142 NW GP38AC on the Jersey Central

[NW Modeling List]

This Gerald Yarka photo is 4142, apparently passing Bound Brook. 
Did NW/ N&W diesels get onto the CNJ regularly on run-throughs?
(I'm aware of the leased F7s.)
