Luke,

  You already have an account under the name lcall.  I can change the name if
you want.  I have added your IP address to my hosts.allow file for Telnet and
FTP access.  Requiring SSH isn't reasonable for windows clients yet - I think
IP address based restrictions are sufficient for now.
