[om-list] "sharing" use cases & steps

I have sorted out my rough notes for sharing/collaboration/distributed 
OM use cases, and proposed initial plans for a first stab at merely 
linking between OM instances:

Collaboration/sharing.  Let me know if you want clarification or more 
details on some part and I can publish more (if i have more).

This would be a very good area for discussion, ideas, criticism, 
whatever.  The likelihood of my working on sharing/collaboration now, 
vs. other features (like assigning code--"behavior"--to entities, 
anki-like review/reminders, maturity models) might depend in part on how 
much interest there is from others, how much useful discussion or actual 
usage.

The notes & plans are raw but real.  I hope I removed most unintended 
duplication.  Thanks in advance for your participation or feedback!  :)
