[Slowhand] Video Coverart

I complete coverart for all three videos now and have sent copies out to a number of Slowhanders. I will continue to send copies to anyone who requests and only ask that recipients forward them on to trading partners. Anyone with the resources to do so may post to a download site. The format is powerpoint source; so you can edit them.
