[Slowhand] EC set list thought & comment

After looking at the set list, the first thing that jumped out at me was
that maybe EC should have grouped the Dominos' songs together at the end
of the show. Encore then being Layla and Crossroads.

Comments so far have been on the set list. WHAT ABOUT THE MUSIC? How
much lead did EC play? How was Derek's slide? Did they jam? Did Derek
push EC? Come on, those are the details I want...
