[Slowhand] Complete Fillmore Tapes on DVD

I'm having trouble with my email for some unknown reason so if this
already got through I apologise for the double post.

With thanks to Steve Proctor I have two copies of this DVD to offer to
the first two to email me off-list with their postal address and
preferably a promise to re-offer.
