[Slowhand] Robbie Robertson project, etc.

I'm currently listening to XM Radio's Deep Tracks station.  Dan Neer just
announced that the project between Eric Clapton and Robbie Robertson has
been called off.  I have not read my Digests religiously, but I had not
heard that.

Last night, I watched a little of the Music for Montserrat DVD.  I do
believe Jimmy Buffet's drummer on the DVD was Ian Thomas.  Can anyone
confirm or deny?
