I agree, Nick - this has been a good, online discussion. Civil and respectful.
It was at the 2007CGF that Jeff Beck won me over too (per Rick's comment) with the sensational set he performed (which was also our first exposure to Tal Wilkenfeld). It was hysterical, thinking back, of some of the "experts" in the audience who said that Tal was Jeff's daughter. No one around where we were sitting knew her... In last spring's tour, "Peter Gunn" was a hit with me. I've always liked that tune. I wish that Eric would dust-off Hideaway for a future tour. An update would be really nice!
