If your home is in one of the effected areas of the oil spill, call 
Murphy Oil at 877-511-1006 to give your contact information to the 
operator. 

The operator told me they are taking names and phones numbers and 
forwarding that information directly to Murphy Oil who will then have 
one of their representatives call you back at a later date.  I don't 
know what hours the phones are manned, but I called at 8:45 PM on a 
Saturday night and my call was answered.
