This is Lance Licciaredi and I called the Murphy Oil claim number and 
reported my claim.   I live on Jacob Dr.  It was a claims adjusting 
company.  This is a good sign that Murphy is taking some 
responsibility.  I am glad and hopefully this can be resolved quickly 
without litigation.(can you believe an attorney is saying this)    I 
would suggest that if you are in the spill area to call the number that 
Westley gave out (877-511-1006).  If Murphy does offer you any money 
please check to make sure it is a fair offer before accepting it.  My 
firm will be glad to give free advice to assist anyone in evaluating 
Murphy settlements.  We are currently setting up a temporary office in 
Slidell.  I will keep you posted with our contact info if you need it.
