The water service to residential areas is still some time away, but not sure
just yet when.  The first process is to provide water for the public
facilities, then a move to residential areas.  The biggest obstacle is
repairing the breaks in the distribution system.  Pelitere in the front
section faired ok. the water went down pretty quick.  We will be making some
announcements about the entire plan again in the next couple of days.
