[StBernard] Re-entry Notes

According to Councilman Craig Tafaro re-entry into St. Bernard Parish is
open until further notice. There is no set cut-off date at this time but is
subject to change.

For residents on Packenham Drive, those on the south side of Judge Perez and
one block on the north side can reach their homes.  Others must wait until
further notice.

Residents in the Murphy Oil spill area will be allowed back in.

Clear boundaries of who is allowed in:
South of Judge Perez from Pakenham Dr. to Jackson Barracks is closed;
everything below Reggio/Verret is closed.  Everything else is open.
