I spoke to the CDC this morning 800-CDC-INFO.  The
person I spoke with said for dishes the procedure is
as follows

1. wash with warm soapy water then rinse clean
2. soak in a solution of chlorine bleach (household
bleach) and water the mix is 1 TEASPOON of bleach to 1
GALLON of water. Let soak for one minute then let air
dry.

The procedure for clothes according to CDC was wash as
per instructions on the garments and add bleach to the
rinse cycle.
