[StBernard] Class Action - flooding in New Orleans

    For those of you interested, attached is the class-action that was filed
on behalf of all residents in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes seeking a
declaratory judgment that the flooding was caused by "windstorm" rather than
rising water.
 
Also, Mickey Landry and Frank Swart filed a class action Complaint in the
Eastern District on behalf of the residents/property owners in St. Bernard
Parish for the damage caused by the oil spill at Murphy Oil.  Mickely Landry
hand delivered the Complaint the Charles McCowan of Kean Miller in Baton
Rouge.  Included was a waiver of service form.
