Susie,

I certainly understand your concern, but lets not go too far in your 
assumptions.  When you get to st. bernard, let me know and i'll be glad 
to answer your questions about what I have been doing- you can call me 
at 504-401-3654 but you may have to wait a while to get through while i 
answer the 70 plus calls a day that i have been trying to keep up with 
in addition to other activities we are involved with like trying to 
answer emails and get whatever info i can get out to the public at 1:00 
am.

While I do hope that you and your family continue to be safe and what 
may be left to your property is recoverable, I am hopeful that you 
would afford those of us that have been here in service similar 
concerns.
