[StBernard] Blue Roof Tarping

Craig,
My father at 2100 Pelitere is trying for a tarp to protect his home we are
GOING to rebuilt as soon as possible.  He has running water which is a sign
of progress in St. Bernard. We are trying to get a tarp placed on the roof
simply to help until we get a new roof.  He is very near St. Bernard Highway
(by a few houses only) and the water he did get came up and went straight
back out.  He need help with this... can you help our family do you know who
to call.  We tried and failed but this is something we need as the house is
structurally sound right now and can be saved.  Please email me
