I'd like to ask a question about the SBA loans.  I did call the SBA 1-800
number but they couldn't give me an answer to my question either. They told
me to fill out the application anyway and they would try to get an answer
when we spoke to a loan officer if we were approved.

I told them water was over the roof of my house in Arabi.  With the levees
in poor shape and the fact that future insurance may be hard to obtain, I'd
like to know if one can rebuild their home on another property site
elsewhere in Louisiana.  I was given the impression that this might be OK
but nothing definite.  Does anyone know?
