I was asked by my good friend Marvin LeBlanc to clarify the insurance
companies sitting on their hands statement.  I have Allstate for my cars
and flood insurance and have heard nothing.  Everyone I know who has State
Farm has settled or nearly settled.  I have State Farm for my business
policy and my conversation with the adjuster was favorable.  As for
purchasing homeowners insurance for the home I am planning on buying no
one is writing insurance.  So we wait.
