I have no idea if these are the same people you are talking about, but I
have Audubon Insurance for Flood. Their # is 800-759-8656.  Maybe if they
are affiliated with the people you are trying to contact, they will have
more info.  My flood adjuster saw my home last week and called me Friday.
He is recommending they total it and pay out the flood.  Don't know what
Audubon will do.
